Spring is in the air, trees are budding and flowers are blooming. The birds are chirping and your crying, which means pollen is in the air. So now your desperate for allergy relief.

Now that you know why your miserable take a minute to write down your symptoms Ex: runny nose, watery eyes, itchy throat etc...
There are several ways to treat your symptoms:
*Natural herb/remedies
*Prescribed medication
*OTC(Over the counter medication)recommended by local pharmacist
Once you have decided which option is for you simply follow through.

Natural Remedies
If your choice is natural remedies look for natural articles online. I have noticed that prevention.com has a lot of good articles on natural herbs etc.. Also visit your local health store for suggestions.

Prescribed medication
Consider making an appointment with your family doctor or clinic for an allergy office visit. If you like shots instead of pills there may be other options available.

OTC Medication (Over The Counter)
To find the best OTC medications visit you local drug store and ask for a pharmacist consultation. Tell the pharmacist your symptoms and they will direct you to an effective OTC medication. If for some reason the medicine doesn't work, simply return to store and request another pharmacist consultation. Don't be ashamed to ask questions the pharmacist doesn't mind giving professional advice.

Suggestions:
Wash hands regularly when coming from outside
Don't open windows or sliding doors on high pollen count days
If you like honey, pick up a jar from a local farm or farmers market, the pollen that bees produce will help to build your immune system. Although, it must be honey from a local farm to work.
Always take medication properly
Be sure to tell doctor of all medications at time of allergy visit, this can prevent unwanted side effects.
If you are unable to take medications due to doctor restrictions, get doctors approval before you purchase any medications.

Where to buy Fresh Vegetables

A lot of people enjoy fresh vegetables, but can't afford the cost. Today I'll share how to shop for fresh affordable vegetables. A few places to consider buying vegetables are Grocery Stores, Flea Markets and Farmer Markets.

Grocery
Aldi, compare n save and walmart have a variety of discounted vegetables. The stores also send out sales flyers every week with vegetables listed.

Flea Market
Flea markets tend to have booths set up just for vegetables all year round. Although certain items may/may not be available all season.

Farmer Market
Farmer markets are similar to flea markets, although farmer markets tend to have a variety of vegetables all year round. The local farmer market where i live tends to have reduced vegetables all week. I have brought items such as: tomato, cabbage, lettuce, spinach, broccoli green bean, okra, potato, apples, and for 1.00 a bag. If the farmer has too many items or the expire date is close the item is usually reduced. This honestly is always because vegetables expire quickly. Although one thing i have noticed that these items stay fresher still longer than my local grocery vegetables.

A few tips when seeking your vegetables are google to find your local flea market, farmers market or grocery with a variety of fresh vegetables. Also don't buy vegetables at the flea market or farmers market or local grocery that look out-dated this will decreases freshness of vegetables.

Don't Loose Yourself in a Relationship

This article is dedicated to the women of the world. Although i don't think i should restrict this to the men. As men you can actually learn a few do's and don'ts in this article that can maintain a happy relationship.

Ladies have you found yourself in a relationship and you start to hate your partner. Did you find yourself doing everything he wants and everything he needs and nothing for yourself. Does it seem like you have started to resent your mate? He gets up to go fishing to clear his mind or out with his friends to get away from the house. Meanwhile you are sitting at home bored or stressing cause you have absolutely nothing to do. But yet your at home still awaiting his every beckon call. If this is the case i would first say "its probably your fault". Now i don't mean to sound ugly or too blunt but the truth is the truth. You stopped going out and enjoying your time with friends and family. Basically you stop doing the things that make you happy. If you enjoy exercising continue doing so. Notify your spouse or mate that your going to workout and that you want be available for 2 or 3 hours. If you have a cell phone turn it to off or put it on silent or even better leave it in your locker or car. This may sound a bit cruel but if your exercising or hanging out with friends this is your time. Also if your out with your friends it is rude to be on the phone all the time. If he has your attention 24/7 when your around, then he can do without you for a few hours. I have listed a few ideas that you can do to give appreciation to yourself. Which are just a few examples of how to not loose who you are in your relationship. This information goes for women living with partner or living in two separate households.

Here are a few suggestions of to do things/tips:
*Plan a day to go to the library and read instead of reading a book at home.
*If you are a stay at home mom you may be suffering from home events taking up all your time. You may do everything from shop, cook, clean, school pto meetings, homework and taking care of everyone else's problems concerns, tears, knee scraps and finances. This to me is a job in itself that you may never get compensated for. Although, i still believe you should have vto which some companies call unpaid vacation time off. You need to make time to do the things you can't do doing the normal at home mom week. Make plans to go to the movies get a babysitter or let your partner baby sit. Go out to eat with family or friends. If you like time to yourself go out by yourself and enjoy a meal at a local restaurant. Take a few hours for yourself to go out and enjoy yourself. I promise when you get home you will have felt like you have a purpose and have accomplished a lot in that little amount of time.
*Women get your hair done, your nails done. Go see the play that he doesn't want to see by yourself or call up a friend to tag along. After the play go have drinks or coffee at star bucks and talk about the show or girl talk.
Last but not least don't step back into the trap you were in before sitting at home not making time for yourself.
*Create a girls only spa day. Plan ahead and find out the rates. Hire a baby sitter if you need it. If you don't need a babysitter make the plans, save the money and just go. A lot of times your bed and breakfast may provide these services or maybe a new upscale hotel.
Tips
*Communicate with your spouse or mate so there is no miscommunications ahead of time.
*See if you have reward points from a rewards program to use for free hotel stay, gift cards or spa days.
*See if you have points accrued on your rewards credit card for local plays, gift cards or other things you wish to do.
